Season 1 starts in 2016, our Team prepares for and engages in a difficult war where the lines between friend and foe are blurred. This action-packed thriller-style drama tells the collective story of 12 fighting men—the Army’s finest Green Berets—and the primary unit that makes them who they are: ODA 7321. In each episode, we see the skills, training, and tradecraft that make these Warrior's the best.

 

They are a newly formed team, pieced together to get ready for this deployment. Not an ideal situation to say the least. The men must learn to trust each other and perform as a single unit, the face of grave danger on. One wrong move could mean a flag draped casket for you, or worse, your teammates.

 

Providing endless fodder for subplot, we explore the individual stories of these men as they balance their commitments to the unit, the Army, and their families, while wrestling with their own dreams, demons, and career aspirations.

 

Ultimately, however, the ODA becomes a well-greased machine, equally trained in politicking as they are at war. Rapid-fire plot twists illustrate the consequences of diplomatic chess matches and the battlefield repercussions. Cinematography allows the audience to see the color and chaos of patrolling open-air markets; to feel the rush of door-kicking night raids; to experience the terror of an ambush, pinned down by enemy fire; and to witness the close-call debris-spray of successfully called air support.
